The restaurant was pretty quiet when I walked in. I was greeted upon entry and told to sit anywhere I’d like. I ordered with the server, but if I wanted to be left alone, I had the option to order and pay using the QR code on the table. My chicken pho was yummy! The broth was flavorful without being too salty. The portion was large, including the amount of meat I got. My only critique is that I wish I got more vermicelli noodles, but my full stomach is happy I didn’t eat any more than I did.

Very clean and warm ambience as well is friendly staff! I had the Special Pho and Classic Banh Mi and both were very solid! I liked that both the pho broth and banh mi didn't feel heavy at all and had a very fresh taste! Definitely would come again!

Solid place to get Vietnamese food. It’s definitely a little cheaper than Pho Ha Noi down the street, but it’s also not as fancy. The food is still good though and I like how they have many classic Vietnamese dishes. I like to get their Vietnamese pate pork banh mi. My partner likes their popcorn chicken. I also like their grilled pork with rice. And recently we ordered their grilled chicken and it was surprisingly good too I also like that this place’s usually not too busy for dinner so you can usually sit wherever and order fast. They serve food pretty fast. We waited less than 10 minutes when we ordered 3 entrees and 1 appetizer. I also like how they have a utensils box at the table so you don’t need to flag down a waiter for a spoon or fork. Also they make the water so fancy here! They give water in a large mason jar with citrus and add citrus and cucumber to the water cups. I like that touch. It makes the water feel fancy. Also want to mention they auto-add a 10% service charge on the bill. The inside feels new and clean. I think they’ve redone the restaurant a bit because I don’t remember it being like this before, but I really like their new decor. It feels modern and wa

A fantastic place. We ordered Vegan Pho and Shrimp vermicelli bowl. They were both delicious and extremely healthy. Store’s ambience is nice. Staff is polite, friendly and customer service is excellent. There was no wait time even if they were extremely busy. They were very efficient in seating us and taking orders. Indoor and outdoor seating was available. Location is fantastic as it’s right in the heart of Palo Alto downtown at University avenue. This is my goto place for Pho. Plenty street parking available at under 5 min walking distance. I would go back there for all my Pho needs! 😃

PHO SURE! Perfect on a cold day! I popped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I had the chicken pho—the broth was flavorful and the chicken very lean. The portion sizes are perfect and the prices very reasonable. They have a great selection of pho, banh mi and lots of appetizers. I love that they serve you water with cucumber as soon as you sit down. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The place is really clean too. I will definitely be back.
